There are certain events that become part of the rhythm of the year, and Burghley Horse Trials is one of them.

Each September, the beautiful parkland surrounding Burghley House comes alive with world-class equestrian sport, wonderful shopping and thousands of visitors who appreciate craftsmanship, quality and timeless style. I'm delighted to be exhibiting the latest silk scarf collection there for the very first time, and it will be a privilege to be part of such a special occasion.

Over the past few months I have been quietly working on a number of new designs, inspired, as always, by the details that so often go unnoticed. A flower opening in the morning light, the delicate structure of a leaf, reflections on water or the rich colours found in my cottage garden. These fleeting moments become the starting point for every scarf, transformed from my original photography into wearable pieces of art.

Alongside favourite designs, I shall also be introducing several brand new editions, each created in small quantities and made here in Britain using beautifully crafted silk. Every collection reflects my love of colour, nature and timeless design, rather than passing trends, creating scarves to be treasured and worn for many years.

One of the pleasures of exhibiting at events like Burghley is the opportunity to meet the people who wear my scarves. These conversations are always one of the highlights of the show and a reminder that every scarf becomes part of someone else's story.
