Exquisite new silk scarves

Updated: Jul 23, 2023

With the new silk scarf collection, you can explore a range of captivating designs that will make a statement no matter the occasion. From bold and vibrant patterns to delicate floral motifs, there is a scarf to suit every style and preference. Whether you prefer classic florals or unique abstracts, the new collection has something for everyone.

Every scarf is based on one of my original photographs, including flowers and leaves from my cottage garden. This collection includes colourful designs inspired by glorious parrot tulips which offer the most wonderful colour combinations. Growing in pots by my front door they were blooms I couldn't resist as the colours were so beautiful! I've explored the joys of corals and oranges, pinks and yellows. Each scarf is designed so that when you wear it you'll see a combination of these colours, offering real versatility when teaming them with your wardrobe. Consider matching a particular colour from the scarf with similar tones for a bolder look, like a deep pink or burnt orange, or wear with a white blazer or top for a more understated outfit.

If you prefer #bluescarves , aqua or purple, leaf skeleton, aqua sparkle and echinops all offer striking cooler tones and are quite different from each other, but all have one thing in common - vibrant colour. Leaf skeleton and aqua sparkle are large, whilst echinops (or globe thistle as it's also known) is in a classic square shape.

Which is best - a square or large scarf?

Based on feedback from many clients, I've kept to two standard sizes: a classic square and a large rectangular size, and it really depends on your size and whether you want a little more volume or simply a splash of colour.

Large scarves work well draped #pashmina style to show off the full design and keep chilly shoulders warm on cooler evenings. They also work well simply worn long to help you tie your outfit together, and lengthen your whole look.

#Squaresilkscarves are very easy to wear too, and ideal if you just want a touch of colour.

These also look good worn long, or tie them in a pussy cat bow - perfect for keeping you warm when you need it due to the magic of silk and its natural insulating properties.
